چکیده
Today, the organism of hens is constantly exposed to numerous technological stressors in conditions industrial poultry farming, least studied which are long-term, can cause development chronic stress. One such increased stocking density hens, also a way saving resources egg and often used by producers obtain more eggs per 1 m2 area. The aim this study was examine effect overcrowding, as factor stress development, on body modern high-performance cross, necessary select best ways keep them. Four groups were formed for purpose, kept at different densities, according European standards, Ukrainian standards with increasing overcrowding. In way, gradually intensity stressor modeled. Long-term keeping laying high did not affect content serum total protein, albumin, urea cholesterol, within physiological norm. It found that increase compared European, accompanied an activity lactate dehydrogenase their blood. With above namely 25.3 birds/m2, there three enzymes – dehydrogenase, aspartate aminotransferase gamma-glutamyltransferase. proved further overcompaction 26.7 birds/m2 glucose, creatinine, well decrease ratio calcium phosphorus, confirmed alkaline phosphatase activity. Also, aminotransferase, gamma-glutamyltransferase observed. Thus, main effects caused prolonged densities reflected biochemical parameters serum, enzyme activity, violation phosphorus.

An experiment was conducted to study the effects of carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) on post-peak performance and serum enzymes of Hy-Line W-36 laying hens from 32-36 weeks of age. The experiment was carried out with a total of 192 laying hens in a completely randomized block design. During the experiment laying hens were allocated to 4 groups consisted of T1) no CCl4 as control diet, T2, T3 and T4)...
متن کاملPerformance and Serum Hepatic Enzymes of Hy-Line W-36 Laying Hens Intoxicated with Dietary Carbon Tetrachloride
Introduction In the modern poultry production, the birds are exposed to different stressful factors. Oxidative stresses produce free radicals suppressing the bird performance by disordering the body homeostasis. The liver is the best tissue to evaluate the oxidant-induced oxidative stresses. CCl4 is an important service today as a toxic agent model to induce oxidative stress on animals leading ...
